Neighbourhood Energy Utility (NEU) expansion project - Quebec Street

City crews will be working to expand the neighbourhood energy utility on Quebec Street.

Impacts ot traffic, parking and businesses

The northbound traffic of Quebec Street will be closed and southbound traffic will have a partial closure (one lane)during construction.  A full closure of Quebec Street will be required on the weekend of July 27.  No interruptions to NEU energy supply is anticipated. Traffic delays can be expected.

Businesses access will be maintained at all times.

How this project will improve the city

This project will provide heat and hot water to buildings in the Southeast False Creek neighbourhood.
