City construction crews will begin work to upgrade the 100-year-old sewage pipes that lie underneath West 4th Avenue starting Monday 21 January. Once replaced, the pipes are expected to serve the neighbourhood for another 100 years. City crews will also be upgrading the aging roadway and sidewalk.
